You will need:
500g soft brown sugar
4 or 5 beaten eggs
375g raisins
250g chopped glace cherries
250g porridge oats
250g dessicated coconut
250g chopped nuts
baking trays
baking parchment
In a bowl mix together the sugar and beaten egg.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well, divide into bite sized chunks and place onto the parchment.
Place on a baking tray in a pre heated oven at 325f, 160c, gas mark 2 for 15 to
20 minutes.
Allow to cool.
