raspberry buns

You will need:

500g self raising flour

pinch of salt

100g margarine

100g castor sugar

4 tablespoons milk

1 lb jar raspberry jam

baking tins

 

Mix the flour and margarine together with a fork so it looks like breadcrumbs.

Add the castor sugar and milk and mix into a ball.

Place the ball onto a piece of greaseproof paper and push a finger onto the middle.

Fill this hollow with the jam.

Place on a baking tray in a pre heated oven at 375f, 210c, gas mark 5 for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool.
