mixed fruit kebabs

You will need:

    Sugar syrup (100g sugar, 150ml water,2 tbs lemon or orange juice, bring these to the boil in a pan, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool)

    Varius fruits - apple, banana, pineapple, grapes, cherries, kiwi etc - whatever takes your fancy really!

What you do:

    Carefully chop the fruit into bite sized chunks and push onto the sticks, Glaze with the sugar syrup and then place under a medium to hot grill. turn the sticks often so that the fruit doesn’t stick or burn. Serve hot but be careful!!
