You will need:

500g cream cheese mixed with a little milk to soften

packet of chip sticks

currants for features

5 carrots

3 or 4 sticks of celery

half a cucumber

greaseproof paper

Pre cut the carrots, celery and cucumber ready for the children to chop into prickle sized pieces.

Form 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese into a hedgehog shape.

Press the prickles into the hedgehog and give facial features with the currants
