You will need:
2 chocolate swiss rolls
15 chocolate flakes (from a family pack)
312g can mandarin oranges (drained)
15 glace cherries
Cut the swiss rolls into equal slices.
Scoop a little of the cream from the center of each piece and spread onto one
end of each flake.
Stand the flakes upright in the center of the swiss rolls and place a glace
cherrie on the top (where the cream will act as glue)
Place segments of mandarin around the candle on top of the swiss roll.
