All you need is the template, card, pens and pencils or crayons, brightly coloured feathers, safety pins and googly eyes if you wish.

First colour your parrot as brightly as you can. Stick on a googly eye, and some feathers at the tail. Now securely tape a pin to the back near the head. It’s as simple as that, and they look great!
