All you need is a strip of card that fits around your head, five of the monkey templates per hat, pens or pencils and tape or glue.

First make your hat so that it fits snuggly. Now colour all 5 of the monkey faces and glue or tape them all around your hat.

Now you can sing “5 little monkeys jumping on the bed”!!

one fell off and bumped his head

Mummy called the doctor

and the doctor said

“No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”
